4th Summer School of Ludopedagogy 2013

The 2013 Summer School of Ludopedagogy offers the incomparable opportunity for those who work or want to work in the socio-educational sector to start a basic training course on an innovative methodology – Ludopedagogy – as a tool to promote socio-political participation (Ludopedagogy has been successfully imported in Italy in 2005 from Latin America)

By using an innovative tool (play for adults and young people, not only for children!), the Summer School of Ludopedagogy aims to address some of the hottest issues on a European level (such as youth participation, problems concerning the integration of migrant communities and people, gender-based violence, institutional distrust, apathy towards active citizenship), with particular emphasis on the problems of racism, social exclusion and discrimination that is now affecting the whole of the Italian and European society. The school aims at promoting the exchange of good practices, cooperation and networking between organisations and individuals who are committed or want to be committed in the socio- educational sector with a special attention to youth work and who are willing to implement participative methodologies and experiment innovative solutions to social issues.
